Private,secure, yours.
Your customers trust you with a call. Lombi handles that data the way you would: encrypted end to end, kept in the UK and EU, never sold, and covered by a GDPR agreement you can sign before we answer a thing.
The data is theirs. We only look after it.
Every call carries something personal. Lombi keeps it encrypted, keeps it in the region, and keeps it yours to control, from the first ring to the last.

Encrypted, every call.
The moment a call connects it is encrypted, in transit and at rest. Credentials sit in a managed secrets vault, never in plain text. No gaps, no exceptions, on every single call.
It stays in the UK and EU.
Calls and customer data are processed and stored inside the region. Nothing your customer says ever crosses the border. Registered with the UK ICO, under a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement.
Your accounts, your data.
Lombi books into the calendar you already own, through a connection you grant. Revoke that access at any time, in a click. We never sell your data, or your customers'. Ever.
Safe by default.
The essentials, in place before we answer a single call. The detail is in the principles above.
Encrypted in transit and at rest, from the first ring to the last.
Calls and customer data processed and stored inside the region. Nothing leaves it.
Registered with the UK ICO, with a Data Processing Agreement you can sign upfront.

Compliance we can stand behind.
ISO 27001 and SOC 2 are on the roadmap. We say so plainly rather than implying certifications we don’t yet hold.
The things people ask.
Is my data ever sold or used to train models?
No. Your data and your customers' data is never sold or repurposed. It is held only as long as your policy says, then it is gone.
Where is my data stored?
In the UK and EU only. Calls and customer data are processed and stored inside the region, and nothing leaves it.
Is it GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Lombi is registered with the UK ICO and a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement is available to every customer before a single call is answered.
What about SOC 2 or ISO 27001?
Those formal certifications are on our roadmap. We are upfront that they are not in place yet, rather than implying certifications we do not hold.
Whose calendar does it book into?
Your own. Lombi connects securely to the Google or Outlook calendar you already run, through a connection you grant and can revoke at any time.
How is the call itself secured?
Encrypted in transit and at rest from the moment it connects. Credentials sit in a managed secrets vault, never in plain text.
