Every plan runs on the same agent. Beyond your minutes it is £1.50 a minute, and calls are never cut off mid-sentence.
What actually counts as a minute
| A worked month on Lite | Calls | Minutes |
|---|---|---|
| New bookings | 34 | 51 |
| Reschedules | 12 | 14 |
| Questions only | 21 | 18 |
| Wrong numbers | 8 | 1 |
| Against your 120 | 75 | 84 |
Talk time only, rounded up at the end of each call. Ringing does not count, texts do not count, and writing to your calendar does not count. Beyond your plan it is £1.50 a minute, never a cut-off mid-call, and a busy month is visible in your dashboard by the 10th.

Enterprise
For multi-site groups and anyone whose procurement team needs to be in the room. Built around how you already run, rather than the other way round.
Multi-site routing
One number per branch, or one number that knows which branch a caller wants.
Named account contact
A person who knows your setup, rather than a queue that does not.
Custom data terms
Bespoke retention windows and sub-processor terms where your own contracts demand them.
Volume pricing
Minutes priced to the volume you actually run, not to a tier that nearly fits.
Onboarding with you
We load your services, sites and rules, and stay on the line for the first live day.
Priority incident cover
Direct escalation, and a human who answers when something on your line is wrong.
More line, more minutes
Added to the plan you are already on, and cancelled from the dashboard the same way.
One more caller answered at the same time, without moving up a whole plan.
Talk-time bought in a block, instead of paying the £1.50 overage rate on a busy month.
Priced against the month you actually run, rather than a tier that nearly fits. The £1.50 overage rate applies on every plan until a block is added.
A second trading name on one account
Two businesses answered properly, each in its own name, without running two subscriptions and two logins.
- Its own agent, briefed on that business
- Its own number and opening hours
- Its own calendar and services
- Its own transcripts and summaries
- One login
- One invoice
- One dashboard
- One support thread
What the alternatives cost
| Option | Monthly | Covers evenings & weekends | Books into your calendar |
|---|---|---|---|
| Part-time receptionist | £1,100+ | ||
| Traditional answering service | £200 to £400 | Sometimes | |
| Voicemail, then ring back later | £0 | ||
| Lombi Lite | £99 |
The last column is the one that decides it. An answering service takes a message, and a message still needs you to ring back, with the booking still not in the diary.
