2. What data we collect
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number provided when you sign up or book a demo.
- Call data — records of inbound calls answered by Lombi on your behalf, including transcripts and booking details.
- Calendar data — appointment information synced to your Google Calendar via OAuth.
- Usage data — basic analytics on how you interact with the Lombi dashboard.
3. How we use your data
- To deliver and operate the Lombi AI receptionist service.
- To send SMS booking confirmations to your customers.
- To provide you with account and billing communications.
- To improve the service and resolve technical issues.
4. Legal basis
We process your data under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our legal bases are: contractual necessity (to deliver the service you pay for), legitimate interests (service improvement, fraud prevention), and, where required, your explicit consent.
5. Data retention
Call transcripts and booking data are retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained while your account is active and for 12 months after closure, unless you request earlier deletion.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Lombi after changes constitutes acceptance.
