1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Lombi service (“Service”) operated by Lombi Solutions Limited (“Lombi”, “we”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
Lombi provides an AI-powered telephone receptionist that answers inbound calls, books appointments into connected calendars, and sends SMS confirmations to callers. The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Call overage is billed at £1.50 per call beyond any included volume.
- You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Lombi for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, to transmit spam or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
Lombi provides the Service on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lombi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
